The UK's two dominant property portals have effectively become a duopoly. Rightmove alone charges the average estate agent branch between £1,000 and £2,000 per month — just to list properties that are already on the market. Smaller agencies, independent landlords, and regional specialists are squeezed hardest. Many list despite the cost because they feel they have no choice.
That monopoly power means prices rarely come down, features rarely improve, and agents have no real alternative. Until now.
