1. About MoveGoose

MoveGoose is a UK property search portal operated as part of the Goose family of property products. We provide a platform for estate agents and landlords to advertise properties, and for buyers and renters to search for them.

We are not a property agent, estate agent, or party to any property transaction. All negotiations and agreements take place directly between agents/landlords and buyers/renters.

2. Using the platform

You agree to use MoveGoose only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
• Use the platform to harass, spam, or harm other users
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or extract data from the platform in bulk
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose other than listing your own properties

3. Agent and landlord accounts

When you create an agent or landlord account and list properties, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to list the properties you submit
• All listing information (price, description, photos, availability) is accurate and up to date
• Your listings comply with all applicable UK property advertising regulations, including the Property Misdescriptions Act and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations
• You will respond to enquiries received through MoveGoose in good faith and in a timely manner

We reserve the right to remove any listing that we reasonably believe is inaccurate, misleading, or in breach of these terms, without notice.

4. Pricing and payment

Agents who register during the early-access period (before 31 July 2026) will receive free access to the platform for life, subject to continued compliance with these terms.

Standard pricing from 1 August 2026 is £9.99 per branch per month, billed monthly. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. You may cancel at any time; no refunds are issued for part months already paid.

Agents using PropertyGoose or other Goose-family products under a qualifying agreement may receive MoveGoose access at no additional charge. Contact us for details.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of any content you submit (listings, photos, descriptions). By submitting content, you grant MoveGoose a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the platform.

All other content on MoveGoose — including the design, code, logos, and copy — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.

6. Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry through MoveGoose, your name and email address are shared with the relevant agent or landlord. MoveGoose acts only as a message-passing intermediary and is not responsible for the outcome of any enquiry or subsequent communication.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

MoveGoose is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or that listing data is always accurate. Property information is supplied by agents and landlords — we do not independently verify it.

Nothing on MoveGoose constitutes professional property, legal, or financial advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoveGoose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in that period.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@movegoose.co.uk.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
